It's tempting to view Palm Sunday as a glorious occasion where Christ is accepted wholeheartedly. It seems this way when you read Mark 11:1-11. But, as Christ rode in, he was already looking to Calvary where he would be murdered by the same people who were praising him. However, what they exclaimed was true, "Hosanna!" Christ came to save.
