Facility Reservation

We are happy for you to use our building and are thankful the Lord has blessed us with a facility that our Covenant Partners can use. Below, we have rules about using our facilities. If you have any questions or need help with anything, feel free to email Zach at zach@covchurchtusc.com.

Disclaimer:
Please know we will consider your request, but we do not wish to reserve the space on Sundays for anything other than church related events. Our primary ministry as a church is the gathering together of the saints for the worship of Christ Jesus. On Sunday mornings, we want our facilities to be used for the fellowship of the saints. All reservations on Sundays will not be allowed to set-up or begin until after the conclusion of the second service, and the area must be cleaned prior to four PM.

Prior to Reservation:
If you require anything from us, please let us know prior to your reservation and we will do our best to make sure it is available.. All we ask is that you would clean up afterwards and leave the building like you found it.

Rules for reserving our space:
  1. Please do not touch any sound or music equipment. If you need access to any of our equipment (say you want to play music), please let Zach know and he can arrange whatever you may need, if it is possible.
  2. We have a no alcohol policy
  3. Specify what area you will need to reserve. We have several available: Fellowship Hall, Chapel, Large Meeting Room, Ballfield, and others.
  4.  Return the inside of the building to how you found it.
  5. All reservations on Sundays will not be allowed to set-up or begin until after the conclusion of the second service, and the area must be cleaned prior to four PM.
  6. Weddings - for weddings we require a non-refundable fee of $300. This ensures someone is there to run the sound equipment as well as clean the building afterwards.
Cleaning Up:
We understand this is the worst part of any party. Still, we ask that you bag up all your trash and take it to the dumpster. Trash left overnight tends to attract unwanted pests in the insect and rodent family- nobody wants that.

Again, we are thankful the Lord has given us a facility we can share with our church family. These rules are not to restrict you, they are to ensure we are being faithful stewards with how the Lord has blessed us. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
